Tony is also regularly appointed by the Superior Court to serve as Court appointed counsel and temporary guardian to alleged incapacitated individuals.. Tony started with Levine Staller in 2010 as a summer associate and continued working for the firm throughout law school. In 2012, Tony served as a law clerk to the Honorable Steven F. Nemeth in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Civil Division, Special Civil Part, in Ocean County. As a law clerk he researched all aspects of civil litigation. He also routinely mediated small claims, special civil, and landlord-tenant disputes to resolution. Thereafter, Tony joined the firm on a full time basis in the fall of 2013.. Prior to obtaining his law degree Tony interned with the Honorable Ann Marie Donio, United States Magistrate Judge for the District of New Jersey. He also served as a student attorney at the Rutgers Children’s Justice Clinic representing juvenile clients in delinquency hearings, post-disposition reviews, and associated legal matters.. Additionally while in law school, Tony worked as a teaching assistant for a professional responsibility course, competed in the Hunter Advanced Moot Court competition, and volunteered in the Bankruptcy, Mediation, and Volunteer Income Tax Assistance pro bono projects..
