I handle important legal matters for individuals and businesses of all sizes and budgets and have worked very hard over the years to maintain my reputation as a fair and honest attorney that provides excellent legal care for every client I represent.. I represent clients in both business transactions and state, federal and municipal court litigation. I am also the public defender for Westfield and Scotch Plains. My transactional practice is extensive and my litigation practice includes such matters as counseling clients for claims involving ERISA violations, breach of contract, commercial leasing issues, consumer fraud, and trademark and copyright infringement. I am admitted to practice in the state and federal courts of New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania and have handled matters in other states in accordance with prevailing rules and guidelines.
