I earned my J.D. degree from The Capital University Law School, with a concentration in labor and employment law.  Prior to entering the private practice of law, I served as Human Resources Manager for an apartment-management company that managed 600+ apartment communities and as Director of Training for a hotel-management company that managed 200+ hotels in 14 states.  I also have worked as a consultant and a free-lance writer and have authored curriculum for the learning disabled. I was admitted to practice of law in Ohio, November 1998; was admitted to Federal Court, Southern District of Ohio, June 2001; and was admitted to Federal Court, Northern District of Ohio, March, 2003. Mr. Scott Bratton is a Partner at Martin, Jolic & Bratton LLC (formerly Sharon & Kalnoki LLC).
