Laura is fluent in Spanish and has traveled in several Latin American countries. In her spare time, Laura enjoys rock climbing, skiing, and hiking. She received her Doctor of Jurisprudence in 1984 and her Bachelor of Science in 1979; both from the University of Oregon.
