My law practice handles cases in the areas of Personal  Injury claims, Divorce and Family law including name changes,  real estate closings, deeds, Probate, Wills and estates,and Power of Attorney. I am in a solo law practice and I offer  personal service to get to know my  clients as individuals each realizing they each have different needs.. I have been active in the Spartanbiurg County Bar and served as its President  in  2018.  I am a member of First Presbyterian Church in Spartanburg where I have been a lifelong member and have served as an Elder and as a Deacon.  I have two chidlren ages 32 and 34 . My daughter graduated from Clemson in 2009 and my son graduated from The Citadel in 2015. I am active in my community as a member of the Kiwanis Club of Spartnburg and had have served as the President of the club and in 1986 I served as Lt. Governor of the Carolinas District of Kiwanis over 12 clubs. I served as the Prosecutor for the City of Spartanburg for 11 years.  I was on the Board of Mountainview Nursing  Home for 25 years.. I have been actrive in the South Carolina Bar serving as President of the  Young Lawyers Division over all lawyers under 35 years of age; as a member of the Board of Governors, a member of the House of Delegates and on the Supreme Court Commission on Continuing Legal Education and Specialization.. I have beenactive in my alumni Affairesas a apresident of theSpartnburg countyclemson Club, as Chairman of itd Schailsrahip Committee annually  and on the Alumni National Council.
