I graduated from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 1988. I have received various professional accolades over the years, including South Carolina Super Lawyers (Plaintiffs Medical Malpractice 2009-2013 and 2015-2025), National Trial Lawyers Top 100 Trial Lawyer Award (2015-2019), National Academy of Personal Injury Attorneys Top 10 Attorney Award (2014), and American Trial Lawyers Association Top 100 Trial Lawyers Award (2009-2014). I am a Member of the American Board of Trial Advocates and a Past Member of the American Judicature Society, the American Association for Justice (President's Club), and the South Carolina Association for Justice.
