Alysoun Eversole

Practice Areas: Real Estate
Real estate closing transactions and litigation in land issues are my primary areas of practice.  My colleage, Butch Clayton, represents folks in Bankruptcies.  We at Eversole Law Firm believe there is a solution to every problem.. Representing indigent clients at the Public Defenders Office in West Palm Beach, Florida is where my legal career began in 1990.  I tried cases and protected their rights in felony and capital cases for over nine years. In 1997, love and marriage steered me away from that life and we settled in Beaufort, South Carolina.  In 1999, I mentored with Sherwood N. Fender, which gave me a great foundation in real estate matters. My practice shifted to real estate transactions and litigation in quiet title actions, heirs property issues, boundary and easement disputes and tax sales. In 2004 Sherwood retired and I opened Eversole Law Firm.. Today we have two attorneys, three paralegals and an office assistant/receptionist who strive daily to serve our clients successfully in each case or real estate transaction and give our clients a great experience with us.. My husband, a former Navy man, is a great support to me, especially in preparing our annual appreciation event. His son is serving in the Navy and my daughter has a successful corporate career in Washington, DC.. When not working, my favorite activity is spending time with my horses and practicing Dressage. This rejuvenating sport supports a happy, healthy lifesyle and my commitment to our clients to serve them with my full attention.
