My name is HECTOR Q. MARTINEZ; I  was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas. I  graduated from the University of Texas at San Antonio, with a Humanities Degree in 1995, and soon went on to receive a law degree from St. Mary's University School of Law in San Antonio, Texas in 2001.  While in law school at St. Mary’s Hector was a member of the Scholar: St. Mary’s Law Review on Minority Issues, and served as a teaching assistant for mediation, negotiation, and a law in philosophy course, as well as being a member of the Hispanic Law Student Association..
