James Twine was born at Fort Hood, Texas. Lived in New Jersey as a kid, and moved to Cedar Park, Texas with his family in 1993. He is a graduate of Leander High School, received a Bachelor’s Degree from Texas A&M University, a Masters in Public Administration from Texas State University, and a Juris Doctorate from Texas Southern Thurgood Marshall School of Law..
