Jesse returned to Houston to attend law school at the Thurgood Marshall School of Law at Texas Southern University. His first summer in law school, Jesse worked in the Pentagon as a law clerk in the Standards of Ethics & Conduct Department for the Department of Defense’s General Counsel in Washington, D.C.
