Kevin Patrick Yeary is a native Texan. He was raised in Laredo, where he graduated from St. Augustine High School in 1984. In 1988, he received a bachelor’s degree in English Communication Arts from St. Mary’s University in San Antonio. In 1991, he completed his studies at St. Mary’s University School of Law and earned his license to practice law. Kevin has practiced law for 24 years.
