Benjamin Gifford is a trial tested attorney with significant experience. Prior to serving the people of Amarillo, Texas at the Potter County District Attorney's Office, Mr. Gifford served as a Federal Prosecutor in the Eastern District of Oklahoma where he prosecuted myriad cases related to Indian Law under the Major Crimes Act. During his time in the Marine Corps Ben was honored to serve during three combat tours in both Iraq and Afghanistan and was the recipient of numerous personal and unit awards..
