In 2000 the Washington State Department of Veterans’ Affairs honored Robert for his services representing veterans and their families.. Robert is admitted to practice law in the states of Washington and Alaska including before the United States District Court, Western District of Washington; United States Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims; United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit; and the United States Supreme Court. He is a Sustaining Member of the National Organization of Social Security Representatives and National Organization of Veterans’ Advocates
