First is my love of bankruptcy law and second is my sincere desire to help my clients feel that they have been taken care of personally and professionally. I treat every client as an individual who deserves to be listened to and advised to the best of my ability. I do not use a paralegal to interview the clients or answer questions. The client meets with me. I instruct the secretary on all paperwork, I go through the papers with the client, answer questions and attend the creditor meetings with the client.. I am known for maintaining a relaxed office. You will feel welcome everytime. My husband, Victor, has worked with me for the past 16 years and keeps the electronic filing in check. Patty, the secretary, is mature and on top of her work. My dog, Edgar, is no longer with us. We took him in as a puppy and for 17 years he repaid us every day by working in the office greeting clients at the door and escorting them to and from my office. I love my work. I love my life. I need a dog....

I do all filings, writings and pleadings myself. What makes me different is the personal service I provide to every client. All clients get my mobile number and email, so they can reach me when the inevitable panic attack happens. Before I became a lawyer, I worked as a paralegal in a well-known law firm in Midtown, Manhattan (New York).What I lack in decades of practice experience, I make up for with my tenacity and my client-friendly fees. I am also a military veteran who trained in military intelligence and served in the wake of 9/11. I enjoy spending my free time with my spouse and kids.
