Steven Angles

Firm: Adler Giersch PS - Kent
1111 West Meeker Street , Kent , Washington 98032
Practice Areas: Personal Injury
I have focused my 23 years of practicing law exclusively in the areas of personal injury and insurance matters.  I was formerly a senior attorney for a large national insurance company. Happily, I have since dedicated my practice to representing people and families who suffer from the effects of severe injuries or wrongful death. My insight into how insurance companies work helps me get excellent results for clients. As a partner at Adler Giersch, I'm very proud to be a part of a law firm that is very different from most others. We emphasize taking personalized care of clients, being good listeners, and still fighting hard for the best results possible. We are a small business that places emphasis on paying more attention to fewer cases, instead of trying to take as many cases as possible. My clients come from all parts of Washington State. I am especially proud to assist residents in Kent, and all of South King County, as I am a South King County resident myself.. I have extensive courtroom experience, having tried over 35 jury trials and 100 trials with only judges in my career.. I have achieved an "AV" Rating from Martindale-Hubbell, the top rating for attorneys based on reviews from other attorneys. I have received a "10.0" rating from along with the Client's Choice Award. I have been voted a "Super Lawyer" by that publication based on the votes of other attorneys. I am also a member of the Washington State Bar Association, Washington State Association for Justice (Eagle member), Brain Injury Association of Washington, King County Bar Association, and the Latino Bar Association of Washington.

My practice of law deals primarily with helping seriously injured people recover for their injuries and deal with their insurance claims. I grew up in Spokane and knew I wanted to be a lawyer when I was in fourth grade and have pursued that goal ever since. I graduated from West Valley High School where I was on the debate team that went to Nationals and went on to Washington State University earning a degree in Political Science. My law degree is from Gonzaga University School of Law where I was an associate editor of the Law Review and graduated with honors. I opened my firm in the fall of 1991 and since that time have handled numerous cases, some with very large damages and complex issues. I am an Eagle Member of the Washington Association of Justice which is an association of lawyers dedicated to fighting for justice for people who have been injured. I truly enjoy the practice of law and the ability to improve the lives of those who have been seriously injured. I would like to talk to you to see if I can help you. My years of experience have enabled me to find a way to resolve your case as quickly as possible with the least difficulty and to achieve proven results.

Thomas Webster

Firm: Webster Law Office, PLLC
116 N Main St , Colville , Washington 99114
Practice Areas: Personal Injury
I spent my formative years here in the Northwest in a little town called Bigfork, located on Flathead Lake in Montana. It was during those years that I grew to love the mountains and all that this part of the country has to offer. There was rarely a time in my life that I did not dream of coming back to the Northwest. As fate would have it, in 2006 I was able to come back and start practicing law in the area. I live just outside Colville, with my wife and two children, on a piece of property close to my sister and her family. My sister is a Physician here in town and was my initial connection to Colville. My mother also lives here in Colville, and it’s the first time we have all lived in the same town since I was in High School. It has been a welcome change.. I did my undergraduate studies at Cornell College in Mt. Vernon, Iowa. I double majored in Environmental Studies and History. When I graduated in 1996, I decided to start graduate school in Forestry at Michigan Tech University in Houghton, Michigan. I really loved it up there in the U.P., but decided to change course and continue my education by becoming a law student. I began law school in 1997 at Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa. I graduated in 2000 and began preparing for the Bar Exam.. I passed the bar in 2000 and hung my own shingle shortly thereafter. I decided early on that I did not want to sell my soul to a large firm. I wanted to have a life with my future family, and I didn’t feel that that would mix well with 72 hour work weeks. I practiced successfully for 6 years as a General Practice Attorney in Des Moines, Iowa. I was involved in mostly litigation, spending much of that time in the court room on various civil and criminal cases.. During that time, my family was doing well, and my wife had no desire to move. However, the opportunity to finally be able to get back to my roots came. I convinced my wife to make the trek half way across the country to Colville. I worked with McGrane & Scheurman for over three years and, in 2009, made the decision to start my own practice here in Colville.. Mission Statement. In the overall practice of law, the courtroom is definitely where I excel. My goal is to provide the highest quality legal service through the use of my experience, ethical standards, and commitment to zealous representation in the courts. I enjoy the legal battle in the trenches, and I am dedicated to serving my clients in the most effective and efficient manner possible. However, as much as I enjoy the court room, I also understand that most cases should never see a trial. I won’t fight for fighting’s sake. I believe it is far more important to control the outcome of a client’s case through careful case preparation, presentation, and negotiation. If the attorneys are the only people who have won at the end of a case, I did not do my job.

I have been a personal injury attorney for more than 30 years.  I started my career in California before moving to Washington with my family in 1999.  Since that time, my primary focus has been on representing injured persons in personal injury litigation, including auto cases, product liability, premises liability and medical negligence.. I have past experience working for insurance defense firms, so I am familiar with their tactics.. This office firmly adheres to our motto, "Do The Right Thing Always", and makes that our priority for handling our clients' claims.  I believe we achieve that on a daily basis.. I also believe in giving back to the community, so I am an adult volunteer involved with an international youth organization that helps develop today's young women into tomorrow's leaders.

Firm: Law Offices of Terence F. Traverso. "Western Washington's Trusted Personal Injury Attorney."

He received a 9.5/10 score and a rating of “Superb" by Avvo Lawyer Ratings, the highest rating available. He occasionally presents instruction to other attorneys at continuing legal education events and seminars. He has been selected as a Super Lawyer by Washington Super Lawyers Magazine through a peer-evaluated process and to which only 5 percent of the state’s attorneys have been selected.. In his over 30 years of handling major personal injury, insurance, medical malpractice, and wrongful death cases, Mr. Traverso has been successful in a variety of claims and lawsuits, recovering many millions of dollars in compensation for his clients.  Case types have included the following:. After growing up in the Seattle area, Mr. Traverso obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree in Liberal Arts--Behavioral Science from Concordia University in 1988.  While in college he was a decorated baseball player and scholar-athlete.  He then received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in 1991.  While in law school, he received membership into the prestigious Traynor Society for academic achievement (multiple years on the Dean's List), and served as a two-year writer and Assistant Editor for the school's law review, the Pacific Law Journal (legislative review staff).. After returning to Seattle and receiving his license to practice law in 1991, Mr. Traverso began representing injured police officers for their personal injury claims.  After working in a prominent Seattle law firm, he moved his practice to the Seattle Police Officers’ Guild in the 1990s, where he limited his practice at that time to representing injured police personnel and was the only Washington lawyer doing so.  While his practice has substantially expanded over the years to include citizen clients, Mr. Traverso continues to help officers and civilian employees from all Washington police departments, and their loved ones, with personal injury, medical malpractice, or wrongful death claims, in addition to representing all members of society with such claims.. As an experienced personal injury lawyer, athlete, and college coach (hitting coach/assistant coach for Seattle University's Women's Softball program), Terence Traverso is also uniquely aware of the value of physical health and the personal losses that injury-accidents can cause.  These personal losses often extend beyond just pain and frequently include devasting losses to one's activities, work duties, and lifestyle..
