Lawrence Vernaglia is a partner with Foley & Lardner LLP where he serves as Chair of the firm's national Health Care Industry Team.. He is the co-chair of the Boston Bar Association's Health Law Section (2006-2008 term). Mr. Vernaglia serves on the editorial boards of JONA's Journal of Healthcare Law, Ethics, & Regulation; and Medicine & Health/Rhode Island, the journal of the RI Medical Society. He is one of nine members of the Medical Economics' Board of Legal Editorial Consultants. For several years, he has been co-chair of MCLE's comprehensive Health Law Basics program and the advanced Health Law Conference. He is involved with several not-for-profit organizations, as a board member and legal advisor. Mr. Vernaglia is a member of the Board of Corporators of Hallmark Health System, a multi-campus community hospital system in Massachusetts.
