Mr. Landi is experienced in custody disputes dealing with parental alienation, and the resolution of such disputes either through trial or alternate dispute interventions. He utilizes state of the art computers at his office; and reviews new cases within 24 hours of their being published by the Appellate Division and New Jersey Supreme Court.. AUGUST LANDI is a graduate of Colgate University (1961), and Columbia University School of Law (1965). Following law school he clerked for two Superior Court Judges in Bergen County New Jersey: the Honorable Conrad Schneider, JSC - civil division; and Joseph W. Marini, JSC - family court division. (1965-1966). He then served as a United States Army Captain assigned to the Judge Advocate General Corps. for the period 1966 - 1971; handling over 200 military trials.. Since 1971 he has been a resident of Monmouth County.
