In 2008 I participated in a program through the Center for International Legal Studies in Salzburg, Austria, to teach law at an eastern European law school. I accepted an apppointment and taught an introductory course in American Business Law in Poland at Szczecin University during April, 2008.. I have also participated in entrepreneur workshops sponsored by the U.S. Small Business Administration ("SBA") and Service Corps of Retired Executives (SCORE) in Western New York since 1981. Through this program I have given more than 250 presentations during the last 27 years on legal issues affecting start-ups.
