Mark Kutzer has been practicing law in the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton area since 2010.  Mark earned his bachelor’s degree in history from Bloomsburg University and his law degree from Thomas Jefferson School of Law located in San Diego, California.   Upon graduation from law school, he earned his M.B.A. from Wilkes University with concentrations in Accounting and Finance.   Mark is scheduled to receive his Masters in Healthcare Administration from Pennsylvania State University by 2017.. As a law student, he interned at the Luzerne County District Attorney’s Office in the summer of 2004. He also volunteered for the V.I.T.A. Program where he provided income tax preparation help to the public, generally for lower income recipients.  He earned his certificate in the Pro Bono Honors Program in serving the V.I.T.A. Program by providing over 50 hours of service to the San Diego community.. After graduating high school in 1992, Mark worked at his father’s truck sales lot for over 10 years. There he learned how to effectively work with people.  He handled many facets of the business and his father instilled in him honesty, integrity, hard work, and professionalism.  He carries those values over to his practice of law.  He genuinely cares about the people that he represents.  He understands that his client’s issues are in his hands and he takes that responsibility extremely serious.
