Although focusing on Elder Law, Estate Planning, and Probate, my firm maintains relationships with other law firms to meet our clients' legal needs. Our main office is located in Haverford, four miles outside of Philadelphia. If necessary, we make house calls, visits to nursing homes and hospitals. Using conference calls and/or private webinars, we host family meetings for those living in different states or countries. The initial office consultation is free; the initial telephone consultation is at a discounted hourly rate.. I passed both the Pennsylvania Bar and Pennsylvania CPA exam. Although not practicing accounting, I am a member of the United States Tax Court Bar and maintain an associate membership in the PICPA. I enjoy "number crunching" for tax and estate planning, as much as presenting a case at the bar of the court. I have pledged to meet the ethical, competency, and aspirational standards of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA).. I've always had a strong commitment to "giving back to the community" and I currently serve as an advisor, or on the board, of two non-profit institutions as well as write a column for my local community newspaper..
