Ms. Reuwer obtained her J.D. from the University of Maryland School of Law, where she served as the Executive Notes and Comments Editor of the School of Law’s Journal of Business and Technology Law.  While in law school, she authored a case note entitled “Wood Prince v. Lynch: Opening the Door for Subsequent Misapplications of the Business Judgment Rule to Claims Alleging that a Trustee has Breached His Fiduciary Duty of Loyalty” that was published in the Journal.  Ms. Reuwer received her B.A., magna cum laude, from Washington University in St. Louis..
