"I worked for the government, now I work for you!"  L’Antoinella Spiller-Reddick currently runs her own immigration law practice out of Fredericksburg, VA.  From 2006-2013, Mrs. Spiller-Reddick was employed by U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), Department of Homeland Security.  She held many positions within USCIS to include Adjudications Officer (Policy) with the Office of Policy and Strategy (OP&S), Refugee Officer, Legal Intern and Contractor.  As a part of USCIS OP&S, Ms. Spiller-Reddick was responsible for the management, development, and drafting of USCIS policy relating immigration relief for victims of domestic violence as provided by the Violence Against Women Act (VAWA). VAWA allows certain immigrant victims of domestic violence to self-petition for legal status in the United States. Mrs. Spiller-Reddick has traveled the world as a Refugee Officer with USCIS, Volunteer with the Peace Corps, and Intern with the Department of State. Mrs. Spiller-Reddick has lived and worked in West and East Africa, the Middle East, Asia, and Europe. Her exposure to multiple cultures and ethnicities has provided her with an appreciation and sensitively towards immigrant communities.. Mrs. Spiller-Reddick earned her Juris Doctor degree from the American University Washington College of Law and a B.A. in Political Science from Howard University.
