Damon Duncan became a member of Duncan Law in 2009. Joining his father Terry M. Duncan and his wife Melissa Duncan, Damon practices in the areas of Workers' Compensation, Nursing Home Abuse, Medical Malpractice, Wrongful Death and Serious Automobile Accidents. Damon was born in Texarkana, Texas but moved to Charlotte, North Carolina at a young age. Damon attended East Mecklenburg High School in Charlotte, North Carolina. While at East Mecklenburg, Damon started four years on the varsity football team where he was named captain his junior and senior season and was named to the Charlotte Observer's first team All-Mecklenburg list at left tackle in his senior season. In addition to football, Damon was also a three year starter and two year captain in lacrosse.. While at East Mecklenburg High School Damon also met his wife Melissa. After graduating from high school, Damon attended Elon University on the Presidential Scholarship. While at Elon, Damon was listed numerous times on the Deans list and the President's list for his academic accomplishments. After completing college in three and a half years, Damon joined the charter class at Elon University School of Law.. During his first year at Elon University School of Law, Damon served as Vice-President of the student government and then as President of the student body the following year. During his third year, Damon was selected as "Best All Around" by his classmates. Upon graduation from Elon University School of Law, both Damon and Melissa passed the North Carolina bar examination and joined the family practice of Duncan Law, LLP.
