I was appointed to the Commission by Governor Jim Hodges and served on the Commission from 2002 to 2008. Governor Hodges chose me to serve as the Commission’s Chairman from 2002-2005.. I have practiced law in personal injury firms throughout South Carolina. Over the years of my personal injury practice, I have dedicated myself to representing individuals injured at work, as well as victims of auto wrecks and other accidents.
