He received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Economics in 1990 from Emory University where he was elected as a member of Phi Beta Kappa, as well as Omicron Delta Epsilon and Pi Sigma Alpha.. Mr. Duncan was admitted to the practice of law in the State of Georgia in 1993 and is licensed to practice before the Georgia Supreme Court, the Georgia Court of Appeals and the United States District Court for the Northern and Middle Districts of Georgia.
