Jeannine completed her B.A. Degree in Public Relations and Journalism at Georgia State University, graduating Summa Cum Laude. As an undergraduate student Jeannine worked full time and was recognized as a faculty scholar, made Georgia State University Dean’s List five semesters and received the Intern of the Year Award for the Communications Department. During and after she earned her undergraduate degree, Jeannine honed her advocacy skills as a grassroots coordinator for Georgia Watch, a nonprofit consumer advocacy organization. As such, she assisted consumers in resolving disputes with businesses and gave informative public lectures on consumer protection issues around the State.. Focused on litigation and advocacy, Jeannine returned to Georgia State University to earn her Juris Doctorate Degree, from which she graduated Cum Laude. Jeannine further developed her her litigation skills during law school by competing in national mock trial competitions as a member of the Student Trial Lawyers Association, and by performing ADA duties under the third year practice act at DeKalb Recorders Court. Jeannine developed strong research and writing skills by clerking for Judge Ural Glanville of Fulton County Superior Court. Also while in law school, Jeannine pursued her interest in studying international law, by participating in an international arbitration study abroad program in Austria, Germany, Italy and Croatia. After law school Jeannine became barred in Georgia, as well as Florida.. Prior to coming to the Manely Firm, P.C. Jeannine was a general litigator with The Federal Firm, LLC. After managing litigation in several areas of law, in both state and federal court, Jeannine found her passion was family law. In addition to Jeannine’s litigation skills and experience, she brings an unwavering dedication to the families she represents.
