Kimyatta is the Compliance Investigations Counsel in the General Counsel Organization (GCO) at McKesson Corporation, where she oversees McKesson’s Investigations Program across the enterprise and provides strategic counseling on a variety of regulatory and compliance matters. She also assisted clients in conducting internal compliance investigations, as well as with developing and implementing effective compliance programs. Kimyatta also assisted clients in regulatory due diligence on several mergers and acquisitions, and provided counsel on the Anti-Kickback Statute, Stark Law and mandatory disclosure obligations applicable to healthcare providers and other market participants.
