Emily received her Juris Doctorate from Vanderbilt University Law School where she was awarded the Dean's Scholarship. While in law school, Emily clerked at the United States District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee and the Tennessee Department of Children's Services.. After graduating law school, Emily returned home to Springfield, Tennessee, where she practiced with a local firm prior to co-founding Jones, Green, & Tackett Law, PLLC..
