Ms. Schaffner has represented individuals in all aspects of family law. Ms. Schaffner has litigated significant cases through the appeals process, resulting in changes to Kentucky law affecting families. Early in her career, Ms. Schaffner successfully litigated civil and criminal matters from traffic tickets to murder jury trials, before choosing to focus solely on family law.
