Margaret Bennett has written and contributed numerous articles to various publications, the most recent of which are the Child Support and Maintenance Calculation Guide published by the Illinois Institute for Continuing Legal Education and, Serving the Best Interests of a Child with Significant Developmental Delays published by the Illinois State Bar Association's Section on Family Law.  Ms. Bennett was instrumental in drafting the Income Shares Child Support legislation, the updates and guideline changes to the spousal maintenance statute, and The Parentage Act of 2015.  Ms. Bennett conducts legal seminars relating to the new legislation.  The seminars are offered in Illinois to fellow attorneys, to judges, and to paralegals, all of whom are involved in the practice of family law..
