Mr. Tu then attended Thurgood Marshall School of Law, where he graduated in the top 6 in his class, and was a senior Business Editor for the Thurgood Marshall Law Review. He also received a certification from the Institute of International and Immigration Law for his focus on current and developing immigration law.. After graduation, Mr. Tu began working for the Fort Bend County District Attorney’s Office. During his time at the DA’s office, he was selected to attend a national training academy for prosecutors focusing on advocacy skills. The National Advocacy Center was directed and funded by the United States Department of Justice. Mr. Tu has extensive trial experience including: Felony Drug Possession with Intent to Distribute, Driving While Intoxicated (DWI), Assaults, Home Invasions, Aggravated Robbery and Theft..
