Mr. Scott also served as Treasurer of the Student Bar Association, a member of the Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity, and a student member of Leo Bearman Sr. Inns of Court, while at the University of Memphis. He was awarded both the Jerome Rosengarten Memorial Scholarship and the Sam Mayar Memorial Scholarship in recognition of his academic achievements.. Mr. Scott is admitted to practice before the Tennessee Supreme Court, all Tennessee trial and appellate courts, the United States District Court for the Western District of Tennessee, the United States District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee, and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Tennessee.  He has also been admitted pro hac vice various other states.. Mr. Scott is a member of the Jackson-Madison County Bar Association, the Tennessee Bar Association, and the American Bar Association.
