Lynn has since become a practicing attorney in Sacramento and Placer counties since 1983. Lynn’s practice is devoted solely to estate planning and elder law. She sees clients of all ages, and even in this day and age, she still makes house calls if needed.  She is a current member of the South Placer Estate Planning Council, the State Bar of California, and the Estate Planning Section of the State Bar. She has been published in the Sacramento Bee as part of the “Ask the Experts” series and is very proud to note that she has been voted the “Favorite Attorney” six years in a row by the readers of Style Magazine. Lynn has served her community on various non-profit boards for over 27 years. She is a frequent guest speaker and has taught with the Sierra College Emeritus Program, teaching classes for seniors on legal issues. His professional experience includes his roles as SVP Finance/CFO/COO/Board member/corporate secretary of Avasoft Inc. (), Numera (iMetrikus, Inc.), Adforce, Inc. I was admitted to the California Bar in 1999 and I advise families and individuals on estate planning matters, including wills, trusts, family partnerships, probate and estate administration matters, as well as trusts and  estate litigation.  I also consult with clients on all aspects of business and transaction law, with an emphasis on representing closely held business entities, including partnerships, corporations, and limited liability companies.. I received my Juris Doctorate from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in 1999. I also trained in Tokyo, Japan as part of the Temple University International Law Program. While in Japan, I worked at a legal office where I refined my Japanese language skills and counseled foreign companies on how to establish their businesses in Japan. Prior to law school, I attended Brigham Young University and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations and a minor in Japanese.. I taught Business Law at Merced College from 2002 to 2007. I was also a registered securities representative, holding a Series 7 license from 2000 to 2002.. I have spoken to groups throughout California on the topics of estate planning and asset protection. I was also a featured panelist at the Asian American Hotel Owners national conference in Chicago, IL where I spoke on the topic of estate planning.. I am a member of the California Bar Association. I enjoy working and living in Granite Bay, California and attending my children’s sporting events and recitals. I also enjoy fly-fishing, golf, water sports, snow sports and travel.

I graduated from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law I completed my undergraduate studies in Managerial Economics at UC Davis.

Dianna Wilke  is a Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law, certified by the  State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization.  As such, she has strong academic and professional qualifications, but an even stronger conviction for planning with the client's values as the centerpiece.  "I believe I give clients a voice when they are no longer here" she says, "it is my passion." Dianna holds a Bachelor's Degree in history, with a minor in political science from Arizona State University, where she was also active in the Alpha Gamma Delta International Women's Fraternity. She earned her Juris Doctor from Southwestern University School of Law, where she was named to the Dean's List and awarded the American Jurisprudence Award in Wills and Trusts. While attending law school, Dianna also founded and served as President of Southwestern University School of Law's chapter of the Native American Law Student Association (NALSA). She holds a Master of Laws in Estate Planning from the prestigious program at the University of Miami School of Law, where she was a Heckerling Scholarship Recipient.  While attending the University of Miami, Dianna published an article entitled "Crummey Right to Withdraw, Is it Safe for Contingent Remaindermen?" in the 1999 University of Miami Tax Law Chronicle, which analyzed a popular technique in family gifting.. Dianna also holds a Masters of Law in Taxation from the University of Alabama where she graduated Magna Cum Laude. Dianna's experience includes private practice at some of the state's most respected firms and management of a trust and investment business line for a major financial institution. This depth of experience allows her to analyze a client's plan from both a theoretical and practical application.  Dianna is a frequent lecturer on various estate planning subjects for legal and charitable associations, including the California State Bar and the Ventura County Community Foundation. She served as Chair of the California State Bar Exempt Organization Committee.  She is also a member of the Trusts and Estates Section of the California State Bar.

Attorney Randall Heiler is a native of the Sacramento area and has been a member of the California State Bar Association since 1991.  Mr. Heiler graduated from the J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University in 1991, and received a degree from the Marriott School of Management at Brigham Young University in 1988.. After working for several legal firms in Sacramento, Mr. Heiler opened his own practice in Roseville in 1997. Although he has worked in a number of legal fields from 1991 to 1997, Mr. Heiler’s practice is focused on estate planning and probate matters.. Being self-employed has given Mr. Heiler the flexibility to be a leader in the Boy Scouts of America and also to help coach youth baseball locally.
