Mr. Bingham obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree, cum laude, from Whitman College and graduated from the University of Washington School of Law in 1977. He is a member of the King County Bar Association, the Washington State Bar Association, the Washington State Association for Justice (formerly the Washington State Trial Lawyers Association) and the American Association for Justice (formerly the American Trial Lawyers Association). Mr. Bingham is a contributing author for the Washington Civil Procedure Deskbook and is frequently invited to lecture in the area of Aviation Law..
