I shouldn't have even been forced to leave a single star, telecare is the biggest sham I've ever had the misfortune to have to be a part of. The employees there, contrary to their logo, do not care. Their efforts go towards housing. Everything else is paperwork. They seem like they even have a hard time filling that out too.
