I have been practicing law since June of 1987.  I worked for a law firm where all of the three partners were Certified Family Law Specialists.  The firm was one of the leading family law firms in the county of San Bernardino.  Before I became an attorney, I clerked for these attorneys for 2 years.  I continue to practice primarily in family law but also represent clients in areas that are directly related to family law: Juvenile,  Guardianships, Criminal defense and Bankruptcy.. The practice in familyl law is litigation intensive as many parents/spouses are unable to resolve their issues between them.  As a consequence, the parties then will necessarily go to court to let the judge decide the issues.  Sometimes, we are able to negotiate the cases out of court and in many instances the clients really require such a resolution.  However, it is quite common that the parties are not amenable to settling the case.. The parties in any divorce, separation, custody, visitation or support case must retain the services of an experienced, family law attorney as the statutory and case laws are so complex.  Our firm has over 31 years experience in handling these cases.
