Mr. Lussier also has represented Fortune 500 companies in many types of complex litigation, including employment, antitrust, product liability, environmental, and contractual disputes. In addition to representing clients in trial courts, Mr. Lussier is an experienced appellate lawyer, having obtained victories for clients in the California Court of Appeal and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit..
