Edit. Re-order. I graduated from University of La Verne College of Law in 1997 and have been practicing in the legal field ever since that date. I am a general practitioner and my practice includes family law (divorce, custody, spousal and child support), civil litigation, criminal law, bankruptcy, estate planning, probate, business transactions, and real property. I also do QDROs for marriage dissolutions for a very reasonable fee. I handle appeals for my own clients as well as appeals from referrals. I am licensed to practice law in all courts of the State of California, the United States District Court, Central District of California, the United States Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit, and the Supreme Court of the United States. I am a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association and the San Fernando Valley Bar Association. I am actively a judge pro tem for the Los Angeles County Superior Court. When you have a legal problem, time is very important. In many legal matters you may have a limited time period to take action where the statutes of limitations may apply. I promote early resolution of legal disputes without sacrificing client objectives, as opposed to protracted, zealous representation where the likely benefit is not justified by the financial burden.
