I also have significant experience counseling individuals and corporations involved in congressional investigations.. I also represent individuals in government investigations.. In a relatively recent case, I successfully defended a telecommunications executive and business owner accused of fraud in a lengthy trial, during which my client was acquitted of all charges. In addition to government investigations, I often represent individuals and companies in complex commercial litigation and disputes involving First Amendment issues such as defamation and invasion of privacy.. I maintain a strong interest in and commitment to representing non-profit organizations and providing legal services pro bono.
