I feel bad for the people working here. They seem quite unhappy. I can imagine it’s not fun processing amazon returns all day, so I have some empathy. However, they are quite unpleasant and the experience is a little uncomfortable. I am hoping they can work on this issue.

Horrible customer service. Won't even let you borrow scissors if you bring your own tape. Every time I come here, they are unfriendly and act as if you are bothering them. I try to be understanding because sometimes people can be having a bad day, but it's always the same bad experience. This is the last time I come to this location.
