My most recent trial was a victory with co-counsel in Federal District Court for 8 servers of a restaurant related to the restaurant operating an unlawful tip pool, and violation of the Fair Labor Standards Act and Florida Minimum Wage Act.  After 5 days, the jury awarded Plaintiffs full damages plus attorney's fees.. I have experience in trials involving auto accidents, personal injuries, employment contracts, wage violations, workers compensation, whistleblower and breach of contact and non-compete agreements..
