Nathan is an experienced trial attorney with a diverse personal injury practice and a background that includes both plaintiffs and defense work. Nathan has recovered six and seven figures for his clients both in settlements and verdicts and in matters ranging from wrongful death and trucking accidents, to dram-shop claims and “bad-faith” claims.. Until 2015, Nathan was a defense lawyer and board member at Richards Brandt Miller Nelson where he served as lead counsel in numerous trials including cases for complex canal flooding cases, a catastrophic oil-field injury case which was tried in Wyoming Federal Court, and a two-week medical malpractice case arising from a fatal methadone overdose.
