I am a licensed attorney for the State of Illinois and also admitted to the Northern District of Illinois Federal Court.  I have drafted many wills and powers of attorney over the years and have experience in estate planning involving wills, powers of attorney, probate litigation and motion practice.  More recently I dealt with a dependency death case and obtained an extremely favorable result for my client.  In the personal injury arena, I have handled many cases over the years in the areas of insurance defense and later as a plaintiff lawyer with significant jury trial experience.  I have recorvered millions of dollars for my clients over the years as a personal injury lawyer.  I have a good understanding of both sides of the story and I can anticipate the types of arguments that will be made by my opponent before they are actually articulated.  I further have extensive experience working within the insurance industry as an adjuster and I have a strong understanding of how insurance companies think in their case valuations and can better navigate the troubled waters a carrier can present to a case when the time comes to settle the case. betweeen  I am also well versed in the area of traffic defense and light criminal work having saved many licenses from the chopping block including CDL licenses for those in the trucking industry.  I am not fettered by the constraints of larger firms that have committees, endless meetings and diversions that can hamper the progress of moving your case forward.  I handle your case from beginning to end without the random reassignment of your case to another lawyer you do not know, which is the frequent practice of larger impersonal firms.  My practice is one-on-one with each of my clients from inception to conclusion.  All of my consultations are free of charge.
