Mr. Edwards received his B.S. cum laude from Morehouse College in 1998. He graduated from the University of Michigan Law School in 2002, where he was the Executive Editor of the Michigan Telecommunications & Technology Law Review and a Semi-Finalist in the 77th Annual Henry M.
