A trial attorney first and foremost, Mr. Snook’s philosophy is simple: favorable resolutions are earned before trial only when prepared for trial. Outside of active litigation, Donald also serves as a critical business adviser to his clients, helping them navigate “troubled” projects or challenging business endeavors. Because of his hard work and passion for the law, Donald has a long track record of litigation and trial success for clients whether the client is a large corporation or an individual seeking recovery for injuries. Snook has successfully tried cases and represented clients in State and Federal courts at the trial and appellate levels. Donald is a native of Springfield, Missouri. He received his undergraduate degree from Evangel University (B.S., cum laude, 2001). Donald obtained his legal education at Washburn University School of Law (J.D., cum laude, 2004). While attending Washburn, he served as an Editor for the Washburn Law Journal. Donald was also published in the Journal and received the John F. Keuther Faculty writing award. Snook’s practice is primarily in Civil Litigation with an emphasis in personal injury, employment law, semi-truck accidents and business litigation. He was also named as one of Wichita’s “40 Under 40” by the Wichita Business Journal in 2010. Donald is licensed to practice in the Courts of the State of Kansas, the United States District Court for the District of Kansas and the United States Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals. Donald and his wife Joey have five children and are very excited to be moving to McPherson and join the practice of Karstetter & Bina, L.L.C. Donald will have office hours in McPherson Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and office hours in Marion on Tuesday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
