I am a zealous and passionate advocate for my clients.  My practice focuses on litigating civil matters in the Massachusetts State Courts and providing exceptional legal services in a variety of areas of the law. I have successfully tried and handled cases in Superior Court and the Probate and Family Court. I have also argued appellate matters before the Massachusetts Appellate Division of the District Court.. My family law practice includes divorce, custody disputes, visitation, child support, alimony, asset division involving high net worth estates, post-divorce modifications and enforcement/contempt proceedings, paternity actions and prenuptial agreements.. My trusts & estate planning practice includes planning, probate administration & litigation such as will contests, trust disputes and defending & prosecuting breach of fiduciary duty claims. I have vast experience in general civil litigation included premises liability, motor vehicle tort and personal injury matters. I am a certified Conciliator through the BBA/MBA conciliator training program pursuant to SJC Court Rule 1:18.I am an member of the Women's Bar Association, Massachusetts Bar Association, Boston Bar Association, Middlesex County Bar Association and the Norfolk County Bar Association..
