In 1985 obtained the first judgment in a pschiatric malpractice for sexual abuse of a patient by her therapist.  This has progressed to National recognition in the field of patient abuse by all levels of therapists, clergy, attorneys, or any person in a position of authority over this class of clients or patients.  The fiduciary responsibily of these individuals who hold power and authority over these patients or client is at the core of this litigation.  Crossing boundaries, mishandling of transference and negligent termination all pervade these cases..
