For thirty-five years, I have helped clients resolve civil disputes involving personal injury, wrongful death, workplace injuries, employment matters, economic losses, estate contests and other civil claims.  Resolution of these disputes is achieved throught trial, mediation, arbitration and settlement negotiation.  I am able to bring my experience and knowledge of court process to the investigation, discovery, negotiation, trial, settlement and appeal of my client's cases.  My greatest satisfaction comes from knowing that, working together with clients, I have been able to achieve the best possible outcomes and limited the harm and loss arising from an injury or claim, and that together we have been able to bring closure to that chapter of the client's personal life or business.
