Ms. Quinn also represents students in school discipline hearings, including suspension and expulsion hearings.. A graduate of Pepperdine University School of Law, Ms. Quinn was formerly employed by outside counsel for the National Rifle Association (NRA) and California Rifle and Pistol Association (CPRA), which has given her an advantage in representing gun owners in Federal and State cases.
