Brian C. Miles is a graduate of California State University Northridge, where he obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1991. From 1992 to 1997, Mr. Miles served as a Legislative Aide to Assemblyman Curtis R. Tucker, Jr. who represented the 51st Assembly District. From 1997 to 2001, Mr. Miles served as District Director for United States Congresswoman Juanita Millender-McDonald (deceased) who represented the 37th Congressional District. In 2000, he obtained a Juris Doctor degree from Western State University College of Law. Mr. Miles was admitted to the California State Bar as an Attorney and Counselor at Law in 2001 and is also licensed to practice before the United States District Court for the Central District of California, Northern District of California and Eastern District of California. Mr. Miles began his legal career as a sole practitioner in 2001 focusing his practice on the areas of Bankruptcy, Probate, Family and Criminal Law. In 2002, Mr. Miles partnered with Cornell L.
